Colibri & Renard Coffee
Colibri & Renard, named for the French words for Hummingbird & Fox, is a neurodivergent woman owned and operated coffee roastery, scratch bakery, coffee-themed curiosity emporium, artisan craft gallery, and education hub.
Cass (She/Her) is a coffee roaster, self-taught baker, barista, writer, and artist currently based in Mesa, Arizona. She has cultivated a familial relationship with coffee over her more than 15 years of coffee brewing and roasting. Coffee roasting and brewing comes naturally to Cass an artist and a neurodivergent person.
