My name is Bee Kakac, I am the pilot and owner of Samara Drones.
I am from rural western Minnesota and I am currently based out of Minneapolis.

I am a federally licensed drone pilot with three years of flying, filming, and editing experience. I have a BS in Ecology and Evolutionary Biology from Minnesota State University in Moorhead and some GIS training from Fond du Lac Tribal and Community College. So far my drone work has revolved around telling the story of the land and water in northern Minnesota, creating informational videos, and now I am expanding into more cinematic, commercial, and industrial uses of my drones.

My hope is to serve the art community with my drone work, as well as continue my climate and social justice activism.
